Junior AI Implementation Specialist (m/f)

Your Responsibilities:
Introduction, testing, and operational use of AI tools within the company (chatbots, AI agents, automation – e.g., OpenAI, Copilot Studio, n8n)
Development and optimization of AI-driven workflows within the Microsoft 365 environment (Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams)
Creation and development of simple AI agents and automations using modern tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools)
Prompt engineering – development, testing, and documentation of prompts for internal use cases
Creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports for various departments
Integration of data from existing sources (ERP, Excel, SharePoint) and ensuring data quality
Providing support to management through analyses and reports for decision-making
Training and supporting colleagues in the use of AI and BI tools
Creating guidelines, mini training sessions, and documentation for internal use cases
Proactively proposing new ideas and areas for AI application within the company
Ensuring GDPR compliance in the use of AI tools (data and access management)
Developing internal guidelines for the responsible use of AI technologies
Ensuring data security and managing access within the Microsoft 365 environment
Your Profile:
Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field (informatics, computer science, business informatics, or similar)
Interest and enthusiasm for AI technologies, with a proactive approach to staying up to date with trends and developments
Experience with at least one AI tool (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Midjourney, n8n) – including personal projects
Understanding of data protection fundamentals and willingness to apply GDPR principles in an AI context
Strong communication skills and the ability to transfer knowledge to colleagues
Independence, proactivity, and a structured approach to work
Proficiency in English (working language)
Preferred:
0–2 years of experience (entry-level profile)
Knowledge of German and/or Croatian is an advantage
Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or SharePoint
Familiarity with prompt engineering or agentic AI approaches (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, LangChain)
Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript (for simple automations)
Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Interest in industrial environments and production processes
