• Participating in the design, development, and optimization of products in collaboration with the R&D team and production
• Analyzing market needs, competition, and trends, and proposing development and strategic directions
• Participating in product testing and validation, including interpreting results and improving performance
• Providing technical and market support to sales and communicating with key customers and partners
• Collaborating with external institutions and certification bodies in the product development and approval process
• Creating and maintaining key documents (specifications, price lists, sales and marketing materials)
• Actively participating in shaping the strategy within the application/market segment

Your profile:

• Higher vocational or university degree—civil engineering preferred; technical, natural science, or economic backgrounds (civil engineering, chemistry, materials science, mechanical engineering, economics, etc.) will also be considered
• 3+ years of experience in product management, product development, B2B sales solutions, or related fields
• Understanding of the market and technical aspects of industrial products
• Strong analytical and communication skills, systematic approach, and a tendency to work in teams
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Independence, initiative, and a desire to learn in an interdisciplinary environment
