Your Responsibilities:
- Presales activities – contacting potential customers through agreed communication channels to gather necessary information for sales realization
- Postsales activities – tracking and responding to inquiries from existing customers, providing accurate information to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Following defined sales processes and protocols (from request and system entry to final delivery)
- Preparing basic reports for internal sales meetings by customer/region, as well as for external meeting preparation
- Daily effective interdepartmental communication and coordination to track statuses from a sales perspective (deliveries, sample shipments, testing) in order to provide the best possible service
- Actively maintaining knowledge of products/services and engaging in continuous learning
- Collecting customer feedback and forwarding it to relevant departments to improve products and services
Your Profile:
- 3 years of experience in the same or similar roles
- Advantage: experience in manufacturing companies and B2B sales
- Advanced use of MS Office
- Knowledge of sales processes
- High level of proactivity and goal orientation
- Ability to handle diverse tasks within tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Active knowledge of a foreign language (English); knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage
- Category B driving license
- Advantage: knowledge of the construction industry and market
- Flexibility and organizational skills
- Precision and reliability
- Willingness to travel occasionally
