Your Responsibilities:

Presales activities – contacting potential customers through agreed communication channels to gather necessary information for sales realization

Postsales activities – tracking and responding to inquiries from existing customers, providing accurate information to ensure an excellent customer experience

Following defined sales processes and protocols (from request and system entry to final delivery)

Preparing basic reports for internal sales meetings by customer/region, as well as for external meeting preparation
-
Daily effective interdepartmental communication and coordination to track statuses from a sales perspective (deliveries, sample shipments, testing) in order to provide the best possible service

Actively maintaining knowledge of products/services and engaging in continuous learning
-
Collecting customer feedback and forwarding it to relevant departments to improve products and services
Your Profile:
-
3 years of experience in the same or similar roles
-
Advantage: experience in manufacturing companies and B2B sales
-
Advanced use of MS Office
-
Knowledge of sales processes
-
High level of proactivity and goal orientation
-
Ability to handle diverse tasks within tight deadlines
-
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
-
Active knowledge of a foreign language (English); knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage
-
Category B driving license
-
Advantage: knowledge of the construction industry and market
