Your responsibilities:

• Acquisition and documentation of projects in the fields of concrete repair, parking decks, bridges, wastewater treatment plants, and industrial areas.
• Building, expanding, and maintaining your network with planners, engineering firms, experts, processors, as well as investors and industrial companies with internal construction departments.
• Contact, consulting, and needs analysis with planners, investors, and industrial companies to secure relevant projects.
• Coordination of projects with all project stakeholders.
• Continuous management of acquired projects and contacts in the CRM system.
• Close communication with your colleagues in Germany and Croatia.
• Market and competitive observation.

Your profile:

• Vocational training (w/m/d), degree as Dipl.-Ing. (w/m/d), construction technician (w/m/d), or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role, especially with products from the concrete repair sector.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Your residence is within the sales area.
• Entrepreneurial thinking.
• Hands-on mentality.
