Your Responsibilities:

• Developing and designing new machines, creating drawings, as well as making modifications and improvements to existing machines and technologies
• Proactively leading technological improvement projects and implementing new technologies
• Suggesting and participating in the development of new products, machines, and technologies
• Providing technical support to production
• Managing all phases of the R&D process, from conceptualization and design to implementation
• Assisting with machine assembly
• Testing machines and preparing them for production startup
• Creating technical documentation for machines
• Developing instructions for safe and correct operation of machines
• Preparing documentation for patent applications and patent analysis

Your Profile:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Deep understanding and experience in all phases of the R&D process, including research, development, testing, and implementation
• Proactive problem-solving approach and initiative for product and process improvement
• Ability to make strategic decisions and lead a team in complex projects
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365 and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Active use of English language
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with effective time and resource management
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Team spirit, excellent communication skills, and willingness for continuous learning and development
