WHISTLEBLOWING REPORT

KELTEKS d.o.o. provides a confidential internal channel for reporting irregularities in accordance with applicable laws and internal rules. Any form of retaliation against a whistleblower or related persons is prohibited. If you provide contact details, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days, and feedback on the report, as a rule, within 30 days and no later than 90 days.

You may submit:

  • an identified report
  • an anonymous report

Warning regarding anonymous reports:
Anonymous reporting is permitted. However, if you do not provide contact details or an anonymous follow-up communication channel, the possibility of requesting additional information and providing feedback may be limited.
