solidian Primafas for ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System) は、建物の外壁に使用される強化ガラス繊維メッシュです。
補強メッシュは、ひび割れを防ぐために引張強度が高く伸び率が低いほか、レンダリングが乾燥する間、壁メッシュを保護する耐アルカリコーティングが施されています。
Solidian Primafas メッシュは、ひび割れが発生する可能性を防ぎ、システム全体を水の浸入やカビの発生から保護します。そのため、ETICS の寿命は最大限に延びます。
EAD 040016-01-0404 の認定を受けています。

solidian Primafas は ETICS システムに必須のコンポーネントです。
- まず、コーナーと窓のプロファイルを準備した表面に正しく適用する必要があります。次に、ひび割れを防ぐために 30 × 50 cm のメッシュ ストリップを斜めに取り付けます。
- ベース コートの最初の層を表面全体に塗布します。
- メッシュを壁の上から下まで、ベース コートの最初の層に押し付けて適用します (中央から始めて、次に側面に向かって)。
- 補強の連続性を確保するために、2 つのメッシュ ストリップの重なりは最低 10 cm にする必要があります。
- メッシュを上部 3 分の 1 に残したまま、ベース コートの残りを塗布します。
