Your responsibilities:
- Regular maintenance of outdoor areas, including grass cutting, leaf collection, and upkeep of green spaces
- Performing construction and technical works such as minor repairs of facades, wall edges, flooring, as well as carpentry and locksmith interventions
- Carrying out plumbing work on toilets, pipes, and drains
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the building, including technical and service rooms
- Regularly keeping inspection lists for equipment such as boilers, compressors, and cleaning devices
- Monitoring consumables, tools, and spare parts, and maintaining the stockroom
- Collaborating with external contractors and participating in the organization of smaller jobs
- Keeping appropriate records and reports on performed tasks and malfunctions
Your profile:
- Vocational qualification (KV) or secondary technical school (SSS) in a technical field (preferable but not mandatory)
- Experience in similar jobs is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
- Responsibility, independence, and organization
- Willingness to perform physical work and work outdoors
- Class B driver's license (desirable)
