Your responsibilities:
• Managing and developing relationships with existing clients in the region, as well as finding and acquiring new clients in the construction industry
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and position products in the market
• Creating and executing sales plans, including market research and competitor analysis
• Organizing and actively participating in client visits and product presentations
• Assisting in organizing and promoting fairs, representative offices, and business events
• Monitoring market trends, industry demands, and identifying new business opportunities for product and application development
• Tracking achievement of sales targets, preparing reports, and updating the regional sales manager on results

Your profile:
• Prior experience in the construction industry or composite industry is mandatory
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales or development sales in the construction sector
• Experience working in an international team and strong leadership skills
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Mandatory knowledge of English (C1 level); additional foreign language is an advantage
• Valid driver’s license (category B)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Flexibility, organization, proactivity, and reliability
• Willingness to travel and actively work in the field
• Team spirit and desire for continuous learning and development
