Your Responsibilities:

  • Presales activities – contacting potential customers through agreed communication channels to gather necessary information for sales realization

  • Postsales activities – tracking and responding to inquiries from existing customers, providing accurate information to ensure an excellent customer experience

  • Following defined sales processes and protocols (from request and system entry to final delivery)

  • Preparing basic reports for internal sales meetings by customer/region, as well as for external meeting preparation

  • Daily effective interdepartmental communication and coordination to track statuses from a sales perspective (deliveries, sample shipments, testing) in order to provide the best possible service

  • Actively maintaining knowledge of products/services and engaging in continuous learning

  • Collecting customer feedback and forwarding it to relevant departments to improve products and services


 

Your Profile:
  • 3 years of experience in the same or similar roles

  • Advantage: experience in manufacturing companies and B2B sales

  • Advanced use of MS Office

  • Knowledge of sales processes

  • High level of proactivity and goal orientation

  • Ability to handle diverse tasks within tight deadlines

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

  • Active knowledge of a foreign language (English); knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage

  • Category B driving license

  • Advantage: knowledge of the construction industry and market

  • Flexibility and organizational skills

  • Precision and reliability

  • Willingness to travel occasionally

  • Team player
