Your responsibilities
• Responsible for defining an end-to-end sales process that represents requirements from the business, sales team, countries, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify process gaps impacting sales teams and implement scalable solutions using technology and processes
• Identify and initiate process improvement initiatives to streamline sales operations and enhance efficiency
• Monitor projects within sales department, communicate effectively with project stakeholders and other departments, monitor project progress, track milestones.
• Supporting operational work of the international sales office – monitoring of the sales team and individual KPIs
• Data analysis, setting up metrics and continuously looking for improvements to optimize business
• Collaborations with other departments to streamline relevant processes and suggest improvements
• Build training materials on sales activities in partnership with the training and documentation team to ensure sales teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
Your offer
• Experience in Sales Business Process design and transformation
• Experience in leading a team
• Proven ability to be a strong, independent, yet collaborative process owner
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving process improvements and solving complex issues
• Ability to mitigate risk, and manage adversity to keep the project on track / ensure positive outcomes
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, mobilizing teams to a focused outcome
• Strong problem-solving skills to anticipate obstacles and develop effective solutions
• Advanced use of MS Office
• Active use of Croatian and English language, another language is an advantage
• Driving license B category
