Best practice installation
To prevent cracks, Briksy should be installed:
• In at least two consecutive bed joints above and below each opening
• With a minimum overlap of 15 cm in the corners
• In combination with vertical reinforcement where required by seismic codes
This method creates a structural "frame" around the opening, increasing overall wall ductility and preventing brittle failure modes.
