Your responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating the procurement department, including operational and strategic functions
• Setting goals, motivating and developing the team, and monitoring task execution
• Developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure competitive advantage and supply stability
• Analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key suppliers, negotiating terms and contracts
• Independently creating and managing RFQ, RFP, and RFI processes, including preparing tender documentation, collecting and evaluating bids, and coordinating with suppliers
• Overseeing ordering, delivery, and quality control processes
• Monitoring inventory in collaboration with the warehouse department, preparing the annual budget, and controlling costs
• Collaborating with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance
• Managing risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards

 

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles or in leading procurement departments
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, negotiation skills, and knowledge of the supplier market
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make strategic decisions and manage a team
• Data analysis and cost optimization skills
• Knowledge of legal regulations in procurement and contractual practices
• Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, MS Copilot, Perplexity, and others, with a willingness for continuous learning, education, and participation in the development of internal AI tools and agents
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
