MATEENBAR
Lighter.
Rustproof.
MATEENBAR™ glass fiber composite reinforcement consists of high-strength glass fibers embedded in a polymer matrix specifically designed for use in concrete. This reinforcement is four times lighter than steel, but twice as strong in tensile strength. It is completely rustproof, significantly extending the service life of concrete structures. MATEENBAR™ complies with international standards such as ASTM D7957, CSA S807 and EAD 260023-00-0301 (in the approval process) and offers exceptional resistance to corrosion, moisture and chemical attack.
Product Features
With the installation of MATEENBAR™ in concrete construction projects, users benefit from significantly improved resistance to corrosion, increasing the longevity of structures. The lighter weight compared to steel simplifies handling on site, reducing transportation and installation costs.
In addition, the higher tensile strength of the reinforcement enables the construction of slimmer and more efficient concrete components. MATEENBAR™ reduces heat transfer, which minimizes the risk of cracking due to thermal cycling. Its rust resistance eliminates the need for costly maintenance, resulting in lower long-term operating costs.

Product Applications
MATEENBAR™ is used in a variety of construction projects, particularly in areas where corrosion and electrical conductivity are problematic. It is ideal for residential construction projects such as foundations, floor slabs and pool decks, as well as commercial and industrial structures such as parking lots, warehouses and tunnel linings.
In infrastructure, MATEENBAR™ is used in bridge decks and road surfaces. The reinforcement also demonstrates its superior properties in maritime environments such as sea walls, piles and piers. In specialized areas such as MRI rooms or high-voltage fields, MATEENBAR™ is also an excellent choice.
